Weiler Tiger X Flap Discs are manufactured with a ceramic alumina and zirconia alumina grain mix for faster grinding and longer life. Flat or also called Type 27 flap discs provide smooth grinding, blending and finishing. These flat flap discs are primarily used on flat surfaces and slight contours. Typical applications include weld blending, flat surfaces grinding/finishing, heavy stock removal and deburring.
