This creates a perfectly smooth finish which allows For a better evacuation of material while drilling. It also helps to improve product Life and reduce drilling time as it decreases friction with the work surface, which in turn reduces the amount of heat generated.
Walter annular cutters are Tougher because they are made with a sophisticated high speed Steel and aluminum blend (M2Al). This advanced HSS blend extends the Life of the core cutters by providing excellent Toughness and durability, while also reducing the brittleness of the cutter.
