Standard Abrasives Zirconia Cartridge Roll is ideal for high-speed grinding and deburring on all metals. Its small size and shape enable it to blend and deburr inside holes and diameters of machined parts or on irregular surfaces and contours.

Recommended Applications Choose a Standard Abrasives Zirconia Cartridge Roll when you need to grind or deburr small or confined spaces of the workpiece. It is ideal for getting into grooves, slots, threads or channels, punched or drilled holes, and contoured surfaces such as car parts. Combining an aggressive cut with durability makes it a great solution for edge breaking and removal of machine tool marks or flash.

Using a Cartridge Roll on a High-Speed Tool The cartridge roll has an arbor hole to accommodate a mandrel tool attachment (sold separately), which attaches to a rotary tool such as a die grinder or drill. The mandrel should have a pilot length no less than 1/2" shorter than the length of the cartridge roll.
