Standard Abrasives Buff and Blend Cross Buff HP has great versatility and may be used for a variety of applications, including cleaning, removing surface oxidation, rust and surface coatings for part inspection, surface preparation prior to coating, removing corrosion on steel rule and kirksite dies. Standard Abrasives Buff and Blend Cross Buff HP polishes round and square tubing, valve spools, molds, dies and inside diameters of lifter bore, valve bodies and brake cylinders.

Standard Abrasives Buff & Blend Products are made from tough, resin-reinforced nylon fiber with aluminum oxide abrasive grain. Each of the Standard Abrasives Buff & Blend materials offers unique benefits. HP is a stiff material that produces an aggressive cut rate, designed for applications where metal removal is required.

We used aluminum oxide mineral, which is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life.
