AA Abrasives Premium Unitized Wheels - Type 27

AA Abrasives Premium Unitized Wheels – Type 27 are designed specifically for right angle grinders. They have a strong fiberglass backing so no back up pads are required. Unitized wheels are constructed by bonding and compressing layers of non-woven nylon with abrasive material. Unitized Wheel Applications Include: Deburring, Cleaning, Surface Blending, Finishing and Polishing a wide range of parts and materials. These Unitized Wheels are great on all Metals - Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Alloys as well as Plastics and Composites.

Specifications:
2SF- Medium-density Silicon Carbide Fine unitized wheel. Very conformable, nice final finish on all materials.
3SF- Hard-density Silicon Carbide Fine unitized wheel. Longer life, slight stock removal with strong edge durability leaves a fine finish. Very good on Stainless Steel.
2AM- Hard -density Aluminum Oxide Medium unitized wheel. Coarser grit with stock removal and high cut rate. Long life and very strong edge. Great on Stainless and other metals.
