Rex-Cut cotton reinforced wheels are designed to be used for a variety of applications where metal removal and a nice finish is required. Their special bond differs from conventional bonded abrasives which enables them to grind and finish metals at the same time.
GFX Bond is designed for fine finishing, blending and polishing applications on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. GFX bond is resilient for use on contours and resists loading. These wheels are ideal for stainless steel applications.
MTX Bond is designed for light or medium weld removal. MTX bond is resilient for use on contours and flat surfaces. User can easily control cutting rates by amount of pressure applied. They resist loading and offer excellent finishes for grinding aluminum and other ferrous materials. They are excellent on aluminum.
