Norton Bluefire 2 x 60 Sanding Belts are made with premium self sharpening Z/A abrasive grain. Z/A is Zirconia Alumina. The BlueFire R823P has a strong, waterproof X-wt. polyester. These abrasive sanding belts can be used in the heavy pressure applications on Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloys as well as Cast Iron, Brass and Bronze. Norton Abrasives has made improvement to the Norton NorZon R823 Sanding Belt line and brought it back to you as Norton BlueFire R823P.
- Strong, self-sharpening zirconia alumina abrasive for fast, aggressive cut and 30% longer life than competitive zirconia belts
- Strong but moderately flexible, X-weight polyester waterproof backing excels on light- to moderate-pressure, dry or wet, applications
- Durable resin bond for excellent grain retention and product life
- Better choice for all fine grit metal and wood light to moderate stock removal and finishing applications
