Meets NFPA 1977-2016 Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting, 2011 Edition and ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I, Class C, E & G requirements. Americana Wildlands Full Brim style polycarbonate hard hat comes with Nomex/Kevlar Chinstrap with postman's slide fastener and quick release buckle, three goggle retaining clips on hat shell, four yellow fluorescent retroreflective strips attached to shell, tape to attach neck shroud and affixed under-brim glare guard. Moisture wicking brow pad is removable, washable and replaceable. 4-point nylon webbing suspension has Mega-Ratchet knob which adjusts head sizes from 6.5 to 8. Low hanging, padded, hinged ratchet is height adjustable for personalized fit. Made in USA. Provides protection in environments with higher ambient temperatures or radiant heat such as outdoor wildlands fire fighting.
