The front hard rubber contact roller drives the abrasive belt to grind flat surfaces. It removes weld seams in a straight line, without leaving edges or a wavy finish.

For sanding pipes or handrails, the flexible sanding belt follows every contour to grind and polish up to a high-gloss finish. The belt wraps around the pipe and requires only a few steps to polish the entire circumference.

You can follow the external contour of the pipe diameter with light, uniform contact pressure. The new contour concept with the elastic return roller allows the grinding and polishing belts to conform around the external diameter of the pipes without great force.

The soft grinding roller made of PUR material also allows comfortable longitudinal grinding of flat surfaces, for example to remove spot welds or eliminate deep scratches.
