Flat Grind / Reversible Foundry and Hard Facing Wheels have up to 50 times the life of resin wheels. Depressed Center Cutting and Grinding Foundry Wheels last longer than aluminum oxide, zirconia alumina or silicon carbide. Exceptionally longer working life, lower cost per cut/grind, cleaner and easier working, safer, consistent wheel shape. Can be used wet or dry. Made with diamond grit and high temperature brazing, CGW diamond wheels are cost efficient solutions for a wide range of metals and applications. They are suitable for weld removal, pipe beveling and stock removal of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals including mild steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, ductile materials, hard-face metal alloys, and ceramic.
