Invaluable for reaching into corners, 3M™ Cloth Cone 341D is effective for flash removal, removing machine tool marks and edge breaking. Cloth cones are used with a mandrel of the same shape to abrade curved surfaces and other hard-to-get at places.
For Operations
The durable X-weight cotton cloth backing on our 3M™ Cloth Cone 341D makes it useful for operations like stock removal. A premium fast-cutting aluminum oxide abrasive grain is effective and long-lasting. Aluminum oxide provides the continuous cut and durability necessary for your grinding and finishing applications. The resin bond helps this cone withstand high heat and pressure.
The cloth backing provides the extra durability for all applications where an abrasive cone is needed while our closed coat construction offers a consistent, fine finish.
