Designed specifically for light duty finishing jobs in collision repair applications, our 3M™ Pistol Grip Disc Sander for Body Repair features a combination of power, speed and comfort. A .45 horsepower (336W) motor is powerful enough to grind welds, but is ideal for general metal work and surface preparation. This balanced, lightweight tool includes a full coverage composite grip that absorbs vibration and makes the sander very easy to use. A variable speed control trigger and rotary tachometer make for precise sanding and help reduce rework.
The air-powered 3M™ Pistol Grip Disc Sander for Body Repair is designed for intermittent spot repairs by skilled, trained professionals in accordance with the instructions in the user manual. The tool is optimized for 3M™ abrasive discs and designed for use with 3" and smaller Roloc™ discs and disc pads. It is ideal with 3M™ Cubitron™ II Fibre Roloc™ discs.
