This Merit FlexEdge A/O coarse grit TS (Type II) quick-change cloth disc offers efficient weld blending, stock removal, and deburring of soft metals, such as brass, aluminum and bronze. Designed to minimize gouging of soft metals, this disc features an outer 3/8-inch edge that is more flexible than the rest of the disc. Made from durable two-ply polyester with a coarse aluminum oxide grit, this cloth disc was designed for aerospace manufacturing and hand-polishing applications and is ideal for contour grinding of structural pieces.
