Use this Merit Surface Prep A/O fine grit TP (Type I) non-woven quick-change disc for weld blending and finishing on most metals, including stainless, carbon steels, titanium and soft metals. A proprietary Clean Bond resin produces smear-free finishes, even on alloys with high nickel content, and reduces the loading on soft metals, such as aluminum. Enjoy a cut rate of up to 20 percent higher than competitive products and up to 50 percent better performance with the high-quality aluminum oxide abrasive grain. This disc is crafted from premium high-loft nylon fiber and a nylon scrim backing for durability and stiffness.
