Resin fiber sanding discs are used for blending, grinding, deburring and finishing. This heavy duty coated abrasive disc is designed for applications ranging from heavy stock removal to surface blending. Trim-Kut discs are made of premium aluminum oxide grains bonded to a special, durable polymer backing.This special backing enables the abrasive discs to be used without a backing pad. The aggressive grinding action in combination with the cool cutting results in a rapid stock removal for many different applications. A Trim-Kut disc may be trimmed as needed to expose new grinding surfaces.

These flap discs offer the lowest cost per grind and let us explain how:
Flap discs generally come in a grit range of #36, #40, #60, #80 & #120. This new line of flap discs we offer in the #6, #40 and #60 range come in what is known as PB. PB will grind fast and aggressively on material removal. PB line is designed for aggressive removal without the need for heavy pressure from the operator which will help eliminate worker fatigue.
These discs are both heat and load resistant and are designed and manufactured for all metals, stainless and aluminum. The PB line of flap discs have a y-weight polyester, resin bonding system with heavy-duty fiber backing for increased strength, durability, absorbs vibration and has good tear resistance. The PB line can be used for area and edge grinding, coarse and intermediate grinding on welds, finishing fillet welds, rust removal, deburring and cleaning cast parts.

AA Abrasives Depressed Center Grinding Wheels - Type 27
Grinding Wheels are sometimes called depressed center wheels or raised hub wheels or by their shape designation of “Type”, with Type 27 being the most popular. The depressed center design allows the flange/lock nut to recess within the grinding wheel so that it can be used for various grinding and cutting applications. Depressed center wheels are designed to handle the most severe right angle grinding applications from heavy stock removal to rough blending. More recently, depressed center wheels have been designed to increase the utility of the right angle grinder for cut-off applications. While large right angle grinders (7" & 9") have been around for many years, small or mini grinders that use 4", 4-1/2" and 5" wheels making this machine, and wheel category, one of the most popular in power tool applications.

GFX Bond

AS3 Ceramic
Our AS3 wheels feature a 30% advanced Cubitron 321 ceramic content combined with a 20% premium pink aluminum oxide grain and 50% white aluminum oxide grain that delivers cooler cuts on harder surfaces for maximum performance and life. This unique combination continually fractures, producing sharp new grinding points. Best used when heavy stock removal is necessary. Ceramic wheels are designed to grind without burn and hold form much better. They are excellent for corner and form holding applications. They exceed standard wheels when grinding materials 50 Rockenell C and harder. They're ideal for hardened tool steels, sprayed metal coatings, Iconel, Waspalloy, Hastalloy, Stellite and other high-temp alloys.
