They are externally reinforced with layers of fiberglass for maximum safety. Aluminum oxide, A60T, grain have a hard bond for use on ferrous and high tensile metals. Aluminum oxide, A36T, have a hard bond for aggressive cutting on ferrous metals and stainless steel. Stainless steel wheels, WA, have a special combination of aluminum and white aluminum oxide, which allows for cool cutting of stainless steel and high tensile alloys. Zirconia alumina wheels outlast standard aluminum oxide wheels 3 to 1.
