Premium plus surface conditioning discs have a tough ceramic grain added to their composition which makes them coarser and more aggressive than our premium surface conditioning discs. Use for heavier deburring, cleaning and finishing applications. Quick-lok Type-R discs are interchangeable with 3M Roloc System and ideal for use on right angle and straight die grinders. Surface conditioning discs are constructed from heavy duty nylon, impregnated with abrasive grain and strong reinforced scrim backing. They are excellent for use on steel, stainless steel and aluminum, and are designed to clean, blend and condition metal and wood surfaces. They are excellent for light deburring, removal of scratches and other surface defects, gasket removal, and blending of ground out welds.
